Midland Food Tours: Awesome Tour of Georgian Bay

In the heart of Georgian Bay, you’ll find a small town with a big heart and even bigger stomach! Midland Ontario is best known for its annual Butter Tart Festival. However, there’s so much more to this quaint small town. The streets are lined with over 40 murals. It’s surrounded by a wealth of outdoor and historic attractions like the Wye Marsh and Sainte Marie Among the Hurons. And you can have a taste of it all on a food tour with Midland Food Tours!

The Woman Behind Midland Food Tours

Kelly Kurtz is a Midland area local with a passion for good food, intriguing stories, and sharing both with others! She has a long and extensive background in tourism and hospitality. Plus, she was teacher for 20 years.

After taking a few culinary tours around the world she was inspired to create her own! She was keen to share all the incredible places to eat in Midland Ontario, as well as the north Simcoe County area. And in 2021 she did just that!

However, Kelly is so much more! She’s a genuinely kind, inquisitive, and wonderful woman! She’s immensely knowledgeable in both the history of Midland and area, as well as the inner workings of the businesses she shares with her guests.
